Sir,
The industry has submitted the reply to the clarification that the actual area 2420 sq. yd. is mentioned in registry but the area mentioned in application 2100 sq meter is filled by mistake. Out of this 2420 sq yard of area, the CLU for industrial purpose has been granted for 2299 sq yards.
Further, The industry has submitted partnership deed of the firm in which Sh. Jaspal singh has been mentioned as the partner in the firm. The registry of the land has been submitted by the industry from where the khasra no.s in CLU can be correlated.
As such, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act,1981may be granted to the industry with khasra no.s as mentioned in the registry and the CLU. |
