It is submitted that EE, RO has reported that the industry has small oil fired heating furnace for small pieces of raw material which is further forged with the hammers. He has further added that the industry has adequate stack heights. No APCD is required to be installed for this type of industry. As such air sampling is not required in this case as industry is not a highly air polluting unit. In view of the submission of RO, if approved, Consent to Operate' under Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2023 |
