It is submitted that as per the documents submitted by the project proponent, Sh. Subhash Chander has submitted self declaration regarding the proprietorship of the industry and has also submitted forest license in the name of the industry. The name of the industry M/s Soei Wood was reported during visit on 24.09.2016, however, no record of the change of the proprietor is available in record file. As informed by the project proponent, no change in the proprietorship/ management has been done in the past and he was the proprietor right from the commissioning of the unit.
