Discussed. The brick kiln M/s Dilbagh Singh & Co. (BKO), Vill. Mullanpur, Teh. Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar is located within notified Master Plan of Mullanpur. This brick kiln has been granted 'consents to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 on 13/10/2017 (valid upto 30/9/2018) after approval of CEE (P) subject to the condition that the BKO shall obtain permission u/s 79 of the Punjab Regional & Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 from GMADA regarding continuation of its operations at the present site within 3 months.
The brick kiln in question i.e. M/s Puneet Singh & Company, BKO (Old name Durga Brick Traders), Vill. Parol, Teh. Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar is also located within notified Master Plan of Mullanpur.
EE, RO, SAS Nagar has recommended for grant of consents to this brick kiln on the basis of facts vide which former brick kiln i.e. M/s Dilbagh Singh & Co. BKO has been granted 'consents to operate'. Therefore, the file is submitted for consideration for grant in view of the decision taken in the matter of M/s Dilbagh Singh & Co. please. |
