Remarks: - It is intimated that the subject cited industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) from Pollution Angle vide R16HSPCTE3423821 dated 08.01.2016 valid upto 07.01.2017.
The industry has now apply for extension of validity of consent to establish (NOC).The industry has submitted Project report, request letter, compliance report, NOC extension fee, Order of machinery placed etc. The industry has also deposited Rs 60000/- vide UTR N096180513740517 dated 06.04.2018.
against the fixed assets of Rs. 4840.0 lacs, which is adequate for another one year.
The industry has requested vide in its letter dated 10.04.2018 (copy enclosed for ready reference) , which is reproduced as under
"We are not able to start our work due to financial constraints and other technical approvals. Now we are starting construction of unit from April 2018. We have already raise the purchase order of Effluent Treatment Plant and other plant & Machinery for the Pollution control. Kindly process our case for extension in validity of consent to establishment".
The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 17.04.2018 and observed as under:-
1. Sh. Sandeep Technical Adviser of the industry was available at site.
2. The industry has not started any construction activity at site.
3. In the front of the proposed site, a canal was also passing. There was no residential house in the 500 mtr. periphery of the industry.
In view of above, it is recommended that extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) applied by the industry may be granted to it with the same conditions and with special condition that the project proponent shall obtain necessary approval/permissions from other Departments, if required, if any, please. |
