Keeping in view of the above clarification/recommendations made by Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Sangrur, it is proposed that:
- The validity of the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1981 be renewed for further one year subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions. 1. The industry will get its actual user certificate renewed for recycling / reprocessing of Zinc ash & Zinc Skimming before its expiry and shall not procure and process zinc skimming/ash/dross in any case after 19.06.2018 till it gets the actual user certificated renewed. 2. The industry shall submit actual material balance to the Board within one month so as to ascertain as to how much material is lost for processing of one ton of hazardous waste. 3. The industry shall operate the APCD properly and effectively, so as achieve the standards prescribed by the MoEF vide notification no. GSR 354 (E) dated 02.05.2011 please. |
