The agenda note and note page of AEE & Environmental Engineer of Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib may kindly be perused. In view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib, if approved, fresh consent to operate of the Board u/s 21 of the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.9.2022 under the new name and style of M/s Pagro Frozen Food Pvt. Ltd,. (Unit-II) with standard conditions (auto generated) and following special conditions:
1. This consent is valid for production of Frozen Vegetables, Vegetables Patty & Tikki Frozen Vegetables @ 25,000 MT/year by using Fresh Vegetables @ 90,000 MT/year as raw material.
2. The industry will not use any fuel except HSD in its boilers and in its DG sets without the prior written permission of the Board.
3. The industry shall not increase its production capacity for which the consent was earlier granted under the name and style of M/s Pagro Frozen Food Pvt., Ltd., Vill. Jalvehri Gehlan, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib.
4. The industry shall provide the stack of adequate height with its boilers/ D.G. sets as prescribed by the Board, within one month.
5. The industry shall ensure that the concentration of the suspended particular matter in the flue gas emissions does not exceed the permissible limits prescribed by the Board/ MoEF&CC.
6. The industry shall ensure that it will not emit the black smoke under any circumstance.
