It is submitted that the HCF was issued show cause notice for the refusal of consent to establish (NOC) and was asked to submit the reply within 15 days. Now, the representative of the industry has submitted reply in this office and has submitted the building plan in which the total covered area is 105491.25 sqft. (9800 Sqmt.) which is less than 20000 sq.mtr. Further, the HCF has submitted the plan of the hospital and has marked the green area on the map for the disposal of the treated effluent. The green area proposed is 31794.65 sq.ft. The HCF has proposed to install a DG Set of capacity 250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.
