Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that as per the land use certificate issued by the ATP, Ludhiana, the industry falls in Industrial Mix Zone. However, the industry has not submitted the continue certificate u/s 79 of Punjab Regional Town Planning and Development Act amended 2006 from the Competent Authority for the operation of its unit at this location. Further, the process of the industry is covered under SAC clearance. However, the industry has not submitted the copy of SAC approval. The industry has also not submitted the exact proof of date of commissioning of its unit.
You are therefore, requested to submit the reply of above said observations within 02 days positively. |
