The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the industry has not submitted the compliance of the conditions of the previous consents granted to the industry. Further, the CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper as it is of 2016 and head wise detail of land and building and plant & machinery is not give. Further, earlier consent was granted to the industry for the generation of domestic effluent @ 05 KLD. However, the present application has been filed by the industry for the generation of domestic effluent @ 45 KLD, which is huge quantity and required clarification.
You are therefore, requested to submit the reply of the above said observations alongwith requisite documents within 03 days. |
