The details of the case are given in the n ote of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that the extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) for the commercial project namely “World Trade Centre” at Plot No. 2, Block-D, Aerocity, in the revenue estate of SAS Nagar with total area of the project is 32512.44 sqm (8.034 acres) and built up area of 1,35,099.49 sqm. may be extended upto four years subject to the same conditions as mentioned in the original NOC conditions. |
