The agenda note and note page of AEE & Environmental Engineer of Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib may kindly be perused. In view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib, it is proposed that consent to operate of the Board u/s 25 of the Water (Prevention & control of pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 31/3/2019 (upto which the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate) with same terms and conditions alongwith the additional condition that the industry shall make proper arrangement for handling its solid waste in environmentally sound manner.
