The agenda note and note page of AEE & Environmental Engineer of Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib may kindly peruse. In view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib, it is proposed, consent to operate of the Board u/s 25 of the Water (Prevention & control of pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 31.03.2020 (upto the date of lease deed) with standard conditions (auto generated) and following special conditions:
1. This consent is valid for operation of reverberatory furnace for manufacturing of M.S. Angles/Channels @ 3.5 MTD by using Re-rollable Material. @ 4 MTD
2. The consent is issued for the discharge of effluents as per details given below from the premises of the industry through the out-let (s) authorised by the Board:

ii) Domestic effluent 0.5 After treatment, Onto land for plantation
3. The effluent discharged through the authorized outlet shall conform to the standards prescribed by the Board for such discharges onto land for plantation/irrigation.
4. The entire cooling / scrubbing water generated by the industry shall be re-circulated.
5. The industry shall comply with guidelines for abstraction of Ground water issued by Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA).
