Details of the case are given in the note of AEE which may be perused. In view of above, it is recommended that: 1. Consent under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31/03/2020 subject to suitable condition. 2. The comments on the bank guarantee submitted as an assurance to comply with the various pollution control laws may be sent after conducting the sampling of stack emission and wastewater as per protocol mentioned in the consent management policy of the Board dated 30/04/2013. 3. The bank guarantee submitted by the industry for installation of online continues system may be decided at the head office level. |
