As explained in the agenda note, it is recommended that:- 1) The Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2021 with the special condition that a) The industry will shift into the designated area as per the provisions/planning of Deptt. of Town & Country Planning. 2) The directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPCL authority for permanent restoration of electric connection to the industry. |
