The pointwise compliance of observations is as under:-
1. The project site is situated along the river bank of Sutlej & there is already metaled road exits along the bank.
2. Demarcation of the mining area is already mentioned in note dated 04.05.2018.
3. & 4 The mining site area exists within the river. Presently, there is water flowing in the area.
5. In the monsoon season, water level may be rise and yesterday, a large quantity of water was released from the dam. Therefore, the proposed site area covered with water logging and it is technically not possible to carry out mining activity in the water flowing area.
6. The mining site is situated along the bank of river Sutlej and no private structure as well as any kind of private agriculture is exists at the site
