It is submitted that as the HCF has submitted the reply of the show cause notice issued and has submitted the building plan in which the total covered area is 105491.25 sqft. (9800 Sqmt.) which is less than 20000 sq.mtr. Further, the HCF has submitted the plan of the hospital and has marked the green area on the map for the disposal of the treated effluent. The green area proposed is 31794.65 sq.ft. The HCF has proposed to install a DG Set of capacity 250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. As such, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) may be granted for one year to the HCF with suitable conditions. |
