As the promoter company has applied for obtaining varied ‘consent to operate’ for 184 flats but not having adequate arrangement for disposal of wastewater, therefore, ‘consent to operate’ for 184 flats cannot be granted at this stage. In view of above, it is recommended that the promoter company may be granted extension in the validity of ‘consent to operate’ for 88 flats only, for which the promoter company was earlier granted consents vide no. R16SASCTOW3210205 dated 22/03/2016 upto 31/03/2018 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & vide no. R16SASCTOA3306459 dated 22/03/2016 upto 31/03/2018 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, with same terms and conditions as mentioned therein and an additional condition that the industry shall not allow any more occupancy in the residential complex without providing adequate arrangement for disposal of wastewater. |
