The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. The agenda note prepared by the AEE was not attached with his note. Thus, the same is attached with my note. Further, as per agenda note of AEE, the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2023. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be renewed to industry up to 31.03.2023 for manufacturing/ assembly of Tractors @ 05 Nos./day subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall not carry out any expansion/modernisation of the unit without obtaining consent to establish/operate of the Board. |
