The reply of the observations are given in the note of AEE. In view of above, it is recommended that consents may be granted to the project proponent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2022 with suitable conditions and following additional conditions :
1.The project proponent shall submit the copy of building plans after approval from the concerned Department.
2.The project proponent shall comply with the various environmental rules/laws including noise rules.
3.The project proponent shall only use canopy fitted DG sets during the functions.
Hon'ble Chairman has directed this office today that the case be placed before him, without any lapse. |
