It is submitted that the condition no. 10 of purchase deed is part of the agreement between the seller and purchaser. It dose not relates to the Board and this office should not comment on that point.
In view of above, it is again recommended that the industry may granted consent under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for short period i.e. upto 30/9/2018 with suitable conditions and additional conditions that•The industry shall comply with the CGWA Guidelines•The industry will provide collection hood on its stand by box type furnace, before the commissioning of the unit.•The industry will stabilize its movement area within one month •The industry will get its stack emissions monitored by Board’s lab within one month of its commissioning. |
