Discuss with SEE on 14.5.2018. Earlier, the industry was running in the name of M/s S.S. Alloys & Steel Industries (Unit-2). The visiting Officer has reported that the industry was lying closed for last 3-4 years and will take one month to restart its operations. Now, M/s Ramji Concast has purchased the industry on 06.04.2018 and has applied for fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. As decided during discussion dated 14.5.2018, if approved, consent to operate of the Board under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for short period i.e. 30.9.2018 with general conditions (auto generated) and special conditions as proposed by EE, ZP-2 vide note dated 03.05.2018.
