As per record, the industry is large scale orange category unit and applied for the consent to establish (NOC) for the Storage of wheat @ 50000 MT/Year falls in Large scale Orange Category.
The proposed site was visited by the officer of RO on 21.5.2018, and it was observed that the proposed site falls on RHS while going to Mehatpur from Nakodar in revenue area of Village Udhowal. The project proponent has completed the Boundary wall of the project site and no structure /building has been raised yet. There is no construction work activity in proposed site observed during the visit. There also passes High tension wires at front entry of the proposed site. The site is suitable for establishment of project. The cost of project is 31.42 cr as per project report and CA certificate.The project proponent has deposited adequate fee for one year. As per application form waste water will be generated from domestic section @ 1 KLD which will be discharged onto land for plantation within the premises after passing through septic tank. No trade effluent will be generated from process. The project promoter has proposed to install bag filter as APCDs with loading / unloading and cleaning section to control the dust emission generates during the handling and storage of food grain. The project proponent has submitted CLU issued by Regional deputy Director Local bodies vide no. 622 dated 18.5.2018.
RO recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) may be granted for one year for the establishment for Storage of wheat @ 50000 MT/Year with usual conditions
Keeping in view of the report / verification made by RO if approved Consent to Establish (NOC) may be granted for one year for the establishment for Storage of wheat @ 50000 MT/Year with usual conditions.
