It is intimated that the institute was visited on 28.02.2018 by undersign for check the compliance of personal hearing decisions given to it by the Competent Authority and observed that as under:-
03 institutes i.e. Baba Isher Singh College of Pharmacy, Baba Isher Singh Institute Of Science & Technology, Baba Isher Singh College of Engg. & Technology falls in common premises Domestic effluent was being collected into equalization tank of common STP. No effluent discharge from the outlet of STP due to STP is batch treatment technology. So sample could not collected during visit. Now institute application under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and observed that the institute has not submitted current water analysis report along with consent application. If Good self is agree Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be return to industry and also advised to industry for submit current Water analysis report from approved lab of Board. |
