It is submitted that the unit has already been issued notice under the provisions of the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 and the hearing has been fixed on 23.05.2018 as such the proceedings of the said hearing is still awaited as such the application shall be processed after obtaining the proceedings of the personal hearing. The unit may be requested to apply for obtaining consents only after complying with the decision of the personal hearing please.
