Sir, on 8.5.2018 the case was adjourned to 22.5.2018.
On 22.5.2018 the Appellate Authority directed the Board to submit the reply in detail to the contents of para 7 of the appeal/complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh.
The case is required to be decided after the final outcome of the appeal. It is pending beyond the permissible time period for want of the same. The next date of hearing is fixed on 21.6.2018. The consent application can not be kept pending for more period. So if approved same may be returned to the industry and we asked to re-submit the same after the appeal is finally decided. |
