Sir, the record file of the industry was checked and the land registry in the name of Sh Darshan Singh dated 28.12.1990 was found as per the rent deed dated 29.1.2014 Sh Darshan Singh has given the plot on rent to Sh. Harinderpal i.e prop. Of M/s Vicky Enterprises. As per the registry document the landlord bought the site for Rs 13000/- on 28.12.1990. Considering the above fact, even if the cost of land is added to the value of fixed assets mentioned in the C.A. certificate submitted by the industry, the fee slab would not change. Hence the industry has deposited adequate consent fees as informed earlier in the agenda note.
In view of the above, it is again recommended that:-
1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.6.2019 with suitable conditions.
2. Electric connection of the industry may be restored permanently.
