It is intimated that the industry was visited by undersigned on 25/05/2018 and it was observed that the industry has procured disinfected / sterilized / treated / shredded plastic material from M/s Medicare Environmental Management Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana as per invoice no. 00466 dated 12/05/2018 & no. 00467 dated 15/05/2018 and treated / shredded plastic material from PGIMER, Chandigarh vide gate pass no. 23809 dated 02/05/2018 & 23810 dated 02/05/2018 (Copies attached below). During visit, same shredded material was being grinded for making plastic dana. The industry was found complying with conditions imposed in the consents granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. It is therefore, once again recommended that varied consents to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent up to 30/09/2027 for manufacturing of Plastic dana @ 9.5 T/day by using recycled plastic waste including treated plastic waste from CBWTF @ 10 T/day as raw material in supersession of earlier consents, with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with following special conditions : 1. The project proponent shall obtain permission for abstraction of ground water as per guidelines issued by CGWA. 2. The project proponent shall not carryout expansion in its unit without obtaining permission of the Board. |
