This has reference to the consent applications submitted by the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
A perusal of documents uploaded online by the industry, the following observations are made:
1. The fixed assets of the industry have been increased from Rs. 13.52 crore (as on 31/3/2012) to Rs. 21.08 crore (as on 30/9/2017). But the item-wise details of increase in fixed assets are not given by the industry.
2. Separate energy meter is not installed with evaporator.
3. The industry has not applied for authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
In view of above, the industry, hereby, asked to submit reply of above observations before any further action is taken in the matter. |
