It is submitted that the industry was asked online to submit the analysis report of stack emission samples got analyzed by Board's lab/ Board's approved lab. But, in this regard, the industry has submitted that the unit is not in operation due to off season. However, the analysis report will be submitted within 15 days after restart of the unit in the coming season. Further, the industry has deposited Rs. 6100/- as sample collection and testing charges in advance.
