Please delete condition no. 3, which is similar to condition no. 7. Also, impose following in place of condition no. 1 & 2 as under:
The site of the industry is located within the limits of Master Plan of Patiala, as such the case has been referred to DTP, Deptt. of Town & Country Planning, Patiala to intimate the land use of the site of the rice shelling unit as per Master Plan of Patiala. In case, the DTP informs that the site of the industry falls in the non-conforming zone, then the industry will be liable to obtain permission from the Competent Authority under section 79 of the Punjab Regional & Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 with regard to the time period for which the industry can continue its operation at this site. The industry shall be bound to shift the unit from its present site to some other suitable location within the time period to be prescribed by the said Competent Authority. |
