It is submitted that report of Regional Office / application of the industry has been examined and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has mentioned wet scrubber as APCD with the rotary furnace and same has been mentioned in agenda note. However, nothing has been mentioned about the dust collection mechanism.
2. Nothing has been mentioned about the details of bitumen section in the agenda note as well as application form of the industry.
3. The industry has mentioned in compliance report that emission reports of the industry are attached with the application. However, same are not attached by the industry.
If approved, Regional Office may be requested to clarify the above said observations and also to get the application form corrected from the industry in case of discrepancies please.
