As per RO report, the industry is operating since 2004. the proof submitted by the industry suggest that it is operation before Master Plan but no proof of operating the acid pickling unit or powder coating unit before Master Plan has been submitted. The water meter has been purchased on 5-3-2018 and agreement with the reprocessor was made on 26-04-2016. Further, the stack height of the powder coating section is only 12 feet from ground level (means it will not be 10 feet above the roof level in any case) and no stack provided to the oven. In view of above, the clarification may be raised to the industry and the application may be sent to the Regional OFfice to get it completed/for taking further action in the matter within 4 days positively please. |
