The application of the industry for obtaining renewal of consent under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations have been made:-
1) You are also requested to submit the status regarding pavement of vehicular movement area & entry/exit points, so as to suppress the dust emissions.
2) You are also requested to submit the requisite NOC regularization fees.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
