Discussed with the worthy CEE on 14.06.2018. The validity of consent to establish (NOC) granted to the project proponent under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for development of residential colony may be further extended for one year with same conditions alongwith the additional condition that:
1. The project promoter shall submit PERT chart for the installation of STP within a month so as to monitor the same by Regional Office, Sangrur for installation of STP in a time bound manner please.
