It is submitted that the industry has earlier applied for CTO online & the application of the industry was returned due reasons mentioned therein. Now the industry has again applied for CTO online & the application of the industry was scrutinized & found that:-
1. The application of the industry is again incorrect as cost of fixed assets & plant machinery filled in application form does not match with CA certificate submitted by the industry. Further the column no. 15 of the application forms is also incorrect.
2. Details filled in boiler/furnace column such as type/cap & detail of stack etc. are again incorrect.
Hence the application of the industry is incomplete & may be returned with request to submit the same after rectifying above observation. Further the industry can contact help desk for any query/help on any working days from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
