Discussed and submitted that during the last week, undersigned was on leave for three days i.e from 11.06.2018 to 13.06.2018 due to personal work, accordingly, as discussed with your good-self that case is already delayed beyond the time period of 30 days, hence in the first instance action for grant of consents to operate under the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 be taken please and further regarding 2nd instance, the industry will be visited with your good-self during tour to the area, probably during its operation along with collection of effluent/emission samples. |
