Remained on leave from 12-06-2018 to 15-06-2018 (16-06-2018 (Saturday) and 17-06-2018 (Sunday) and again on leave on 19-06-2018..Discussed with SEE-cum-CEE, Ludhiana. It is a case of restoration wherein the compliance of both water and air and grant of consents under both the acts are required before considering the case for restoration. In view of above, it has been decided to advise the Regional Office
1) to certify that the industry is confirming the compliance on all the three last visits as per the protocol prescribed for permanent restoration.
2) to provide stack details and certify its adequacy for the powder coating section/ booths.
3) The concerned JEE Sh. Jangir Singh may be again requested to mention clear cut dates against date of commissioning column in place of writing "Existing unit"..
4) RO to do the needful within 2 days positively so that the consent case and restoration case may be decided accordingly. |
