Remained on leave from 12-06-2018 to 15-06-2018 (16-06-2018 (Saturday) and 17-06-2018 (Sunday) and again on leave on 19-06-2018.. ..................Discussed with SEE-cum-CEE, Ludhiana and it has been decided to issue following clarifications to the industry with hearing before CEE, Ludhiana at short date to settle the consent case:-.........................................
1) Regional Office has reported that industry has closed its washing process at site since long. However, as per manufacturing process, the industry has mentioned that Yarn Knitting Cloth Cutting Stitching Washing (if required) Pressing Packing...............................
2) The industry has applied with 1 TPH boiler but Regional Office has informed that the industry has closed the boiler furnace since 5-6 months.........................
3) The industry to clarify its position w.r.t. 1) and 2) and give categorical statement as to whether they will carry out washing process and operate 1 TPH boiler in future or not and to submit an undertaking for getting voluntiar sealing of above processes/boilers till the period it not intend to operate.
