Remained on leave from 12-06-2018 to 15-06-2018 (16-06-2018 (Saturday) and 17-06-2018 (Sunday) and again on leave on 19-06-2018.. ..................Discussed with SEE-cum-CEE, Ludhiana. The following issues are yet to be addressed:-
1) What is the present mode of disposal of spent acid (HCL).
2) The status of hazardous waste generated from the hot dip galvanizing process like zinc ash, zinc dross etc.
3) The quantity of the effluent @ 500 Ltrs/day vis-a-vis 24 TPD production (10 TPD pickling material) seems also on lower sides.
