It is intimated that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 were granted to the industry vide nos. R15MOGCTOW2985847 & R15MOGCTOA2985789 dated 30.07.2015 for operation of a dry rice sheller along with dryer to manufacture raw rice 08 TPH with dryer and sortex machine of capacity 08 TPH of sorted rice subject and domestic effluent @1.0 KLD discharge onto land for irrigation after treatment to the suitable conditions mentioned therein, valid for a period upto 30.06.2020.
Now the industry has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS on 22.05.2018 for operation of dry rice shelling unit along with dryer and sortex machine to manufacture raw rice @ 03 TPH with dryer and sorted rice @ 03 TPH. As per your application manufacturing capacity of rice sheller has reduced from 08 TPH to 03 TPH and consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has already been granted upto 30.06.2020. Accordingly clarification was raised through OCMMS. Now the industry has submitted reply in the compliance of clarification which mention there in "Please return the due to wrongly filling of application form. We have filled wrong capacity of our unit due to the computer fault so we request to you please return our case." If good self is agree reply of industry may be consider and consent application under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be return to industry please. |
