It is intimated that clarification was raised through OCMMS regarding to submitted year wise gross fixed un-depreciate C.A. certificate from 2004 to till date along with machinery detail. Whether the industry has installed NOC expansion dated 27.10.2006 machinery or not. Whether industry has installed cyclone as APCD with dryer or not. Now the industry has submitted reply in the compliance of clarification which mention there in " due to some technical/clerical mistake we hereby request to u please return our case we will submit our case again. so please return our case online." If good self is agree reply of industry may be consider and consent application under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be return to industry please. |
