Details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly perused. In view of above mentioned facts and report of AEE, it is recommended that the consents may be renewed upto 30.06.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with suitable conditions and additional condition that it shall submit the analysis report of stack emission sampling of its alkali scrubber from Board's/ NABL Laboratory after restarting the sections for which the alkali scrubber has been installed. |
