The subject cited occupant has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/renewal/SAS/2018/6801044 dated 02/01/2018 valid upto 30/06/2018 as per the orders of Hon’ble National Green Tribunal, New Delhi dated 24/05/2013 to operate their DG set of 25 KVA. The details of DG set are given as below:

The company has deposited Rs. 5,000/- vide R. no. 45/4615 dated 21/06/2018 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee is adequate for 2 years as per the policy of the Board.
Keeping the above in view, if approved, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under section 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/06/2020.
