The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that the 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the project proponent for development of project having 38 flats and 04 no. Shops in the revenue estate of village Bishangarh, Zirakpur upto 31.12.2018 with suitable conditions and an additional condition that it shall comply with the CGWA guidelines. It is further recommended that a copy of NOC may please be sent to Regional Deputy Director-Cum-Competent Authority, Local Government, Patiala with the request to intimate the applicant (project proponent) under intimation to the Punjab Pollution Control Board within 15 days, if the said authority has any objection to the location of the project at proposed site. |
