The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed as under:-
1. The value of the fixed assets of the unit has been increased from Rs. 34.61 crores to Rs. 38.96 crores. The unit is required to submit the detail of the increase in the value of fixed assets alongwith the NOC regularization fee of Rs. 12,000/-.
2. The unit has submitted the consent fee @ Rs. 53,000/- under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 each. The last consent fee was valid upto 31.03.2018, hence, the present adequacy of the consent fee is only upto 31.03.2019 for further extension the unit is required to submit the consent fee @ 53,000/- per year under each Act.
3. The unit has not mentioned the quantity of compostable/ biodegradable material in the application form.
4. The unit has not submitted the proposal to comply with the new guidelines of Construction and Demolition Waste Management Rules, 2016 as per the special condition of last consent granted to it.
5. The last consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was granted to the industry for the generation of domestic effluent @ 50 KLD. However, in the present application the quantity of domestic effluent is mentioned as 10 KLD. The unit is required to explain the reason in decrease in the quantity of domestic effluent generation.
