It is submitted that the unit was raised with the following observations through the online system
" The unit was visited by the AEE of the office on 20.06.2018 and Sh Sonu supervisor was contacted at the unit. There were certain incompletions observed during visit. 1. Chutes at few dust emitting points were not placed. 2. Tanks were constructed however the same were found filled with the silt. 3. The ramp was not properly stablized. 4. Sprinklers at the mai boundary was not placed. The owner of the unit has requested for one week to rectify the aforementioned points. In view of above, the unit is requested to make compliance as per the code of practice and submit the photographs through the online system."
No reply has been received from the unit so far and the time for responding has also been elapsed as such it is requested that the application be returned please. |
