| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry for obtaining renewal of consent under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 has been scrutinized and following observations have been made:-
1) The industry in its CA certificate dated 24.04.2014 has mentioned the cost of project as 387.09 lacs. However, in its current CA certificate dated 08.06.2018 the industry has mentioned the Total cost of project as 437.66 lacs only, which need clarification.
2) The industry in its CA certificate dated 24.04.2014 has mentioned the cost of Plant & Machinery as 220.3 lacs. However, in its current CA certificate dated 08.06.2018 the industry has mentioned the cost of Plant & Machinery as 230.3 lacs only, which need clarification.
3) The industry has not submitted the required NOC regularization fees for increase in fixed assets.
4) The industry was earlier granted NOC from the Board for increasing its production capacity from 56 TPD to 80 TPD, which got expired on 25/05/2015. The industry is required to explain the status of the said expansion project.
5) You are also requested to submit the status regarding pavement of vehicular movement area & entry/exit points, so as to suppress the dust emissions.
6) The industry is required to explain regarding the status of upgradation of its APCD as per the feasibility report obtained from PSCST, as the timeline given by the Board for upgradation of APCD has already lapsed. i.e. 30.06.2018.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 03 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
