The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the CA certificate attached by the industry is not clearly visible to check the value of the fixed assets and to adjudge the NOC and consent fee. The last consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 was granted to the industry to discharge the trade effluent @ 40 KLD into sewer. Now, the industry has submitted that no effluent is being discharged by it as it is recycled through condenser and evaporator. Hence, the industry is required to submit the design and feasibility report of its upgraded ETP, condenser and evaporator.
The industry has also not submitted the copy of the land use certificate of its site with the consent application.
You are requested to submit the reply of the above said clarification within 03 days, positively.
