The colony was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which was valid upto 16.05.2018. Now, the colony has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 through OCMMS. The colony has already deposited Rs. 49000/- vide receipt No. 30/3884 dated 16.09.2014, Rs. 7000/- vide receipt No. 29/3884 dated 16.09.2014 as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- vide receipt No. No. 29/3884 dated 16.09.2014 Rs. 28000/- through NEFT vide No. N364160224474513 dated 29-12-2016 under Water Act, 1974 and now deposited Rs. 18000/- vide NEFT No. N144180547412869 dated 24-05-2018, which is adequate upto 30.08.2025. The colony has submitted compliance of earlier granted consent, analysis report, CA Report. It is intimated that the effluent sampling of the colony was carried out by officers on 01.05.2017 & as per analysis report the details are given as below:- SR. NO. It is intimated that the colony was visited by officer of this office on 15.06.2018 and observed that there are 82 No. plots in this project. There are 06 No. houses under construction and 04 no. were occupied. The domestic effluent of the colony was being discharged into the STP installed by the sister concern M/s Ambey Valley. The STP was in operation during visit, the treated effluent was being discharged onto land for gardening within the premises. Further, it is intimated that the project proponent has submitted analysis report of the treated effluent samples collected by Board's approved lab on 23.05.2018 and the results are within limits. RO may be asked to intimate the status of CTO of its sister concern unit in which STP is installed and compliance of same thereafter .Also intimate any BG imposed to the PP earlier . |
